3. Independent Companion App & Third-Party Disclaimer
VN Templates is an independent software application developed by ProjuktiSoft. We are not associated, affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by VN Video Editor or Ubiquiti Labs. The term "VN" and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our application serves solely as a community companion to assist creators in finding public templates and launching projects in VN Video Editor.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest template listings, metadata, or media through automated bots.
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable copyright laws.
- Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of our servers and API endpoints.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The VN Templates application code, user interface design, logos, vectors, and brand identity are the exclusive intellectual property of ProjuktiSoft. Video templates and clips previewed within the application are curated from public creator submissions or licensed material.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
VN Templates is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party software or device firmware.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProjuktiSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the application.
